Yo big shoutout to Ma for tha one time, she's a blessed lady forreal.

For this episode I had the pleasure of sitting with my Mom someone who is known by many as a beacon of wisdom and care. I feel beyond blessed have her be part of this project and super grateful to be able to have her not only as a parent in my life but as an elder who continually finds ways to support my journey through life. I don't know if she finna read this description but you know its big love always dawg. *salute*

In this talk we touch on a number of topics ranging from the importance of kindness & humility, healthy ego, parent/child relationships, her life in Jamaica, as well as being in nature, and learning to accept and acknowledge the best parts of yourself.

Peace to the airplanes that kept picking up gain when I was out here tryna spit my truth; we beat the wind this time around but air travel decided to choose violence. Also, y'all needa tap into the differences between healthy and unhealthy ego if you don't think they exist. *praise*
